Sitecore CoE

Must Have :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT in various roles of Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect
• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x
• Experience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment
• Experience on MVC, Search solutions, upgrades
• Experience with Sitecore on Azure, Managed Services, or any other cloud
• Experience with Sitecore as headless, Sitecore XM cloud, serialization
• Experience with products apart from CMS such as Personalize, Content Hub, Search etc.
• Experience on Devops with Sitecore
• Must have performed role of a Technical Architect for a Sitecore implementation program
• Must be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client
• Capable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations from scratch
• Strong capability of understanding solutions holistically & engage in clients discussions
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinking
• Strong foundational experience in ASP.NET MVC
