Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs.
• Work closely with parents and caregivers to guide them on effective home-based support strategies.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other team members for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports.
• Conduct group therapy sessions, workshops, and parent training when required.
• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in pediatric speech therapy.
