We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- Azure Support Consultant to join our team in Pune Mahārāshtra (IN-MH) India (IN).

Job Summary

The Azure Support Consultant is responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and operational management for Microsoft Azure environments. This role ensures the stability security and optimal performance of cloud-based infrastructure and services working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and implement best practices in Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support for Azure environments including virtual machines networking storage and Azure Active Directory.
• Monitor system performance and health using Azure Monitor Log Analytics and other tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents service requests and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain Azure resources such as VMs App Services Virtual Networks and Resource Groups.
• Manage security compliance and governance policies across Azure subscriptions.
• Support backup disaster recovery and high availability configurations.
• Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to improve deployment pipelines and automation (e.g. via ARM templates Bicep or Terraform).
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and performance improvement.
• Document solutions configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Stay up to date on Azure updates services and best practices.
