Job Summary :
The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners in various geographies. This role involves promoting Client's mission, acquiring new partners, supporting existing partnerships, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner Outreach : Conduct outreach to potential partners in various regions to introduce them to Client's mission and explore partnership opportunities.
- Partner Onboarding : Sign up new partners and onboard them into the Client ecosystem.
- Partner Support : Provide ongoing support to selected top-level partners as directed by Client.
- Partner Relations : Address and resolve any queries or issues raised by external partners related to pedestrian and Street View operations.
- Operational Coordination : Collaborate with operations teams to plan and schedule data collection activities with partners.
- Reporting : Report details of outreach, onboarding, and operational activities to Operations Leads or Clients.
- Data Management : Update information in internal planning tools and platforms as required.
- Operational Changes : Manage last-minute changes to operations and rescheduling.
- Gather and Document Requirements : Work with stakeholders to define and collect business and technical requirements for projects and initiatives.
- Recommend Solutions : Propose and evaluate solutions, including software and process changes, to address business problems and improve operational efficiency.
- Documentation : Create and maintain project documentation and workflows.
- Data Curation : Manage post-collection data curation for specific data types, following Client's instructions.
Qualifications and Experience :
