Knowledgeable about American architecture or willing to learn, with the ability to develop skills in farmhouse / barndominium design.

Possesses clear communication skills and the ability to report regularly.

Able to dedicate the time required for this part-time role.

Able to prepare architectural drawing sets and high-quality renderings.

Proficient use of programs such as Revit, Sketchup, Archicad, Chief Architect, Enscape, and Lumion.
