Take responsibility of Active MT, SPO & KRO Count
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
- Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business; Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement;
- Promoter Productivity : Team Leader's (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking; VISA adherence on attendance & training; Key SPO- KRO visit as per defined PJP; Carry out OJT
- Drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle
- Liaising with the Zonal Team. I am a part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought

Interpret & construct performance reportsExecute agreed actions on Promoter monthly attrition.Monitor TL & Promoter incentive earningMust have technical / professional qualifications
Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around 2-5 years in telco / FMCG / Consumer Durables. Good communication skill in English and Bengali
