Job Description

An Architect plays a crucial role in crafting user-centred experiences by designing information architecture, conducting research, and UX processes, ultimately shaping successful products.

Processes & Methodologies :

• Creates the information architecture for complex digital products or websites, defining the overall user flow, navigation structure, and ensuring information is organized in a logical and user-friendly way.
• Helps and contributes to UX phases, establishing design system and component libraries.
• Plan and conduct Usability Testing .
• Define / Implement and support user research activities (surveys, interviews etc.).
• Identify UX / design issues through usability reviews .
• Recommend data-driven solutions based on user research.
• Promote and advocate for user-centred practices.
• Partner closely with cross-functional partners to build strategic and impactful experience roadmaps.
• Create use cases and flow diagrams, and define information hierarchies , Labelling of information.
• Conduct research to identify user needs .
• Lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking.
