Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students to explain available courses, admission processes, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right academic programs.
- Maintain and update enquiry records, follow up regularly, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Work consistently to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing departments for smooth admission operations.
- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and conversion trends.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele calling and admission counselling.Prior experience in the education or training industry is highly preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages will be an advantage).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and parents.Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools for managing enquiries.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a teamGoal-oriented, proactive, and capable of meeting monthly targets.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
