Job descriptionDrive New Business for the agency - generating leads and creating relevant pitch proposals Align campaigns, assets, communications and messaging to corporate branding initiatives Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness Ability to meet tough deadlines in a high turn-over environment Strong time management skills to effectively juggle several projects around at once Ability to lead, manage, mentor & motivate his / her internal team Planning / Managing on ground events / press conference Strong ideation skills giving him / her the edge to devise communication strategies that work Developing a PR communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics Liaise on a daily basis with clients and the media, often via telephone and email Seek / look out for relevant media / opportunities for clients Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings Crisis communication management Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Communications or Post Graduate in PR 10-12 years of relevant work experience in Lifestyle PR Excellent Communication written and oral, interpersonal skills and presentation skills Strong Networking with Media Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure Creativity and imagination Team player with a positive and proactive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
