Job Summary :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR tech to manage and optimize our HRMS platform (Darwin box / Oracle), leverage data for people insights, and champion the use of Generative AI tools in HR. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • HRMS Management
  • Manage end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on Darwin box (or similar HRMS platforms). Serve as the HRMS subject matter expert and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data (onboarding, movements, exits, etc.).
  • Maintain system hygiene and data integrity across modules including Recruitment, Performance, RnR, and Core.
  • HR Data & Analytics
  • Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for decision-making and leadership consumption.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and other functions to identify data trends and provide actionable solutions.
  • AI & Automation in HR
  • Explore and implement Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Leena AI, etc.) to enhance HR efficiencies in documentation, FAQs, and employee experience.
  • Work on use cases to automate manual HR processes and improve self-service adoption among employees.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR tech trends and bring innovation into daily HR operations.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HRMS (Darwinbox experience is a strong plus).
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to or interest in using Gen AI tools in HR contexts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
