We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes brand storytelling. In this client-facing, high-impact role, you'll lead the creative journey from concept to completion-shaping visual identities, building brand toolkits, and crafting engaging designs across digital and print platforms. You'll be part of a leading global real estate and property management organization, creating distinctive brand experiences for multi-family and residential communities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Develop full-scale brand identities, from ideation and logo design to typography, color palettes, and texture systems.

Design campaigns, marketing collateral, and promotional assets across digital and print channels.

Lead client discovery sessions and creative presentations, translating feedback into impactful design direction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment that values innovation.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative roles.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus.

Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Experience with web design and working in a Mac environment.
