Requirement : DevOps Lead, Avigna, Pune

Job Location : Pune, Baner.

Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM.

Experience : 10+ years

Education : IT Graduate

Responsibilities :

• Define and implement DevOps strategies , including deployment strategy, branching strategy, and overall architecture.
• Engage with client DevOps Leads and Architects to understand requirements, align on solutions, and drive discussions on a regular basis.
• Establish and implement DevOps standards and processes across projects for consistency and efficiency.
• Apply DevOps best practices in monitoring to ensure system reliability and enable proactive issue detection.
• Ensure security and risk prevention through proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Azure, scripting, automation, and monitoring to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 or more members , providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
