Senior Research Executive Ecom

Join NielsenIQ as a   Senior Research Executive  to support our e-commerce and food delivery data expansion in India. This role blends data analysis product insights and client collaboration to drive commercial success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights for sales and clients.
• Lead Customer Engagement & Value Creation : Build and nurture strong foundational relationships with key e-commerce customers and stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their business priorities and how they connect to the adoption and use of our products
• Utilize Python R Power BI and Tableau for data processing and visualization.
• Collaborate with global teams to refine data quality and mitigate biases.
• Support product development by identifying key analyses and automation opportunities.
• Partner with sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations and enhance client engagement.
• Build compelling presentations by transforming data insights into clear impactful stories.
• Create marketing content to drive product awareness.
