APAC Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring Technical Recruiter to support our Fortune 500 clients in the APAC market who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates for further submissions to their team leads for various open roles for their clients they are supporting across various skills. This role involves building a strong pipeline of candidates after understanding the job requirements, analysing the fitment of prospective candidates in terms of their areas of interest, experience, eligibility, location etc.

Location – Noida (Onsite)

Shift Timings : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM IST

Eligibility Criteria :

• Develop recruiting strategies for identifying APAC professionals in APAC countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, etc.
• An aggressive go-getter with positive attitude, good communication and excellent rapport building skills.
• Participate in the full cycle of APAC recruitment starting from sourcing a resume to getting a candidate started on the project.
• Responsible for creating a medium to the large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting requirement targets and providing regular status reports.
• Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Draft recruitment job advertisements for advertising on job portals as well as social media platforms.
• Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases, job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
• Facilitate contacts and network by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical / industry community and marketplace.
