Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance operations : accounting, financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), monthly / quarterly close.
• Ensure internal controls are robust, and compliance with accounting standards & tax / regulatory frameworks is maintained.
• Coordinate with external auditors, statutory filings and liaise with banks or auditors as required.
• Build, mentor and drive the finance & accounting team in a high-growth startup environment.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
