The Role

We're looking for a  Technical Program Manager (TPM)  to work directly with our CTO and lead program execution across all major technology streams —  Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps .

You'll act as the connective tissue between engineering teams, product, and leadership — ensuring smooth coordination, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement. The CTO will focus on customer requirements, AI initiatives, and platform evolution — while you take charge of translating that vision into execution.

What You'll Do

• Drive planning, coordination, and execution across  Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps  teams
• Translate business and product goals into clear technical deliverables and timelines
• Collaborate closely with tech leads to define scope, dependencies, and sprint plans
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks across teams
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts — ensuring alignment between mobile, web, and API systems
• Participate in architecture and design discussions; understand technical trade-offs and dependencies
• Manage program dashboards, delivery timelines, and communication with the CTO and leadership team
• Lead QA coordination, testing, and release planning across teams
• Join customer discussions when needed, representing the tech team confidently and clearly
• Drive process improvements in estimation, release management, and quality assurance
