About the Role

As a HubSpot Solutions Architect , you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide HubSpot standards , covering Sales Hub, Service Hub, data governance, workflows, dashboards, and more.

You will work closely with Sales, Service, and IT teams to ensure a seamless, scalable, and compliant HubSpot environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

Develop and document the HubSpot enterprise architecture.

Standardise pipelines, workflows, properties, and automation logic.

Create unified data models and naming conventions.

Governance & Compliance

Establish robust governance for configuration changes and workflow approvals.

Build data quality and compliance dashboards.

Monitor adoption and system hygiene metrics.

Implementation Leadership

Lead foundational HubSpot setup and standards documentation.

Configure pipelines, dashboards, automation templates, and permissions.

Ensure consistency and alignment across teams.

Data Management

Audit and streamline existing HubSpot objects & properties.

Prepare migration templates and integrate new business units.

Training & Enablement

Conduct training sessions for SMEs and end-users.

Create user guides and documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with Sales, Service, IT, and Leadership Teams.

Present architecture updates and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM architecture & enterprise implementations.

Deep expertise in Sales Hub, Service Hub, reporting, and workflows.

Strong knowledge of scalable data models and governance frameworks.

Experience leading CRM standardisation projects in large organisations.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

HubSpot Certifications (Solutions Architect, Sales Hub, Service Hub).

Experience with data migration and platform integrations.
