Media Application Integrator

Role & Responsibilities :

Take complete integration ownership of components of IP Streaming.

Validation of the IP streaming microservices feature releases.

Perform Architecture review related to EPICS of IP streaming modules, work and prepare the Test Data.

Ensure Ontime quality delivery of Product User Story and Technical User Story.

Prepare the configuration changes data, In form of Handover information. Ensure successful demo of feature to Product teams.

E2E Integration and Testing of IP streaming components to interact with backend microservices.

Conduct technical discussion with middleware, system integration, testing and third-party solution providers.

Required -

Shall be responsible for delivery of QoE and QoS from QAM and OTT media services like Linear TV, VOD, Replay, Recording.

Candidate should have hands on experience of installation, integration and testing of E2E multimedia solution.

Should have troubleshooting and debugging day to day issue occurred on video delivery path.

Should have excellent knowledge of media codes, formats, transport and container protocols such as MPEG-2, H.264 / AVC, HEVC, AAC and AC3

Should have experience to work on Encryption technologies like Fairplay, playready and Widewine.

Should have experience to configure Encoders, Packagers, DRM, CMS / Airflow, Dynamic CDN, Ad-insertion

Candidate should have hands on experience on upgrading and validation of Microservice.

Candidate should have hands on experience of different monitoring tools like Kibanna and Grafana

Candidate should have worked on Linux, SQL and Non-SQL DB.

Preferred -

Hands-on experience about configure Encoders, Packagers, DRM, CMS / Airflow, Dynamic CDN. VSPP knowledge.

Experience in the domain of integration and orchestration of video player components (Streaming protocols, DRM, Manifests, Audio / video descriptors, buffering, bitrate management, etc)

Good knowledge of the E2E broadcast video workflow

Working knowledge of Networking, Kubernetis Basics, deployment tools Jenkins & CICD Pipeline, Agile Project delivery

Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence and monitoring tools like Kibana and Grafana
