Job description

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end design efforts from research, wireframes, and prototypes to polished UI for production.
Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business and user needs into simple, effective design solutions.
Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models for core product experiences.
Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for scalable, consistent product development.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate and improve design decisions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Uphold design quality standards across all visual and interactive touchpoints.
Advocate for accessibility, performance, and user-centered design principles.

Requirements :

4 to 7 years of professional experience in UI / UX design for web and mobile applications.

Strong design portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving process.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

Solid understanding of user research, testing, and iterative design methodologies.

Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating and maintaining design systems or style guides.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
