Position Overview
We are seeking a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or CS Inter with relevant experience to join our corporate compliance team. This role offers exposure across secretarial, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance functions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ROC filings, MCA compliance, drafting, and maintaining statutory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and minute books as per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Prepare and file ROC forms, annual returns, and other MCA-related documents within timelines.
- Draft board resolutions, notices, agendas, minutes of Board / Committee / General Meetings.
- Assist in conducting and coordinating Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal departments for secretarial and compliance matters.
- Handle share transfers, annual filings, and event-based filings.
- Conduct research and prepare compliance notes or reports as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and support ongoing corporate governance activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualified CS or CS Inter with practical experience in secretarial and compliance work.Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA filing procedures, and corporate legal frameworks.Hands-on experience with ROC filings and secretarial documentation.Excellent drafting, communication, and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance tasks.Proficiency in MS Office and MCA / other statutory portals.Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.What We Offer
