Operating in the Information Technology & Software Development sector, this role supports enterprise-grade application development for customers across domains such as finance, SaaS, and digital platforms. We build scalable, resilient microservice-based systems that power mission-critical services and high-throughput integrations.

Primary title : Java Developer – Spring Boot & Microservices. Location : India (On-site). This role is being hired through Viraaj HR Solutions for client engagements requiring hands-on backend engineering and system ownership.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices that expose secure, well-documented RESTful APIs.
• Implement data persistence using JPA / Hibernate and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to translate requirements into robust, modular service designs and API contracts.
• Deliver automated unit and integration tests, participate in peer code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices for quality and maintainability.
• Containerize services and collaborate with DevOps to enable CI / CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment provisioning.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform performance tuning, and add observability (logs, metrics, traces) to support SLAs.
