Opportunity Overview :

This role is designed for candidates who combine technical understanding with a commercial mindset. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for business development, customer engagement, and driving growth by promoting Bullflex’s portfolio of rubber conveyor beltings & special-purpose belting solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with OEMs, quarrying & crushing plants, EPC contractors, cement plants, ports, mines, and other industrial customers across Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Sales Engineer at Bullflex Rubbers Private Limited, your responsibilities will include :

• Identify new business opportunities in crushing plants, mining units, cement plants, OEMs, and material-handling industries across Gujarat.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for conveyor belts and value-added products.
• Generate leads, conduct field visits, and convert inquiries into profitable orders.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers;

understanding their requirements, belt specifications, applications, load conditions, and usage patterns.

Job Location :

Gujarat Region (Preferably based in Vadodara)
