About the Role - The objective of the position is to facilitate domain and program trainings for the Sales team while tracking performance to ensure Business goals are met Continuously enhance the team’s training and quality framework through ongoing development and improvement initiatives. Audit sales calls to assess quality, identify performance gaps, and ensure adherence to sales and service standards. Analyze audit findings to identify recurring skill gaps and design targeted training interventions. Build and execute structured training plans and conduct engaging learning sessions to upskill the sales team. Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) and implement strategies to deliver content effectively. Handle onboarding training batches for new hires, ensuring smooth assimilation and clarity of business expectations. Present insights and reports on training effectiveness, performance trends, and business intelligence. Graduate from an accredited college or university. Experience : Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Education, Higher Ed, Universities, or Study Abroad sectors). Experience in call quality audits, performance assessment, or training program evaluation preferred. Strong analytical ability to translate insights into actionable coaching and training strategies. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner);skilled in reporting, data analysis, and basic automation. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design tools preferred. Strong presentation and content creation capabilities.
