Position Overview :

It is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the organization’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in MIS, budgeting, financial controls, statutory compliance, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role is best suited for candidates with substantial experience in MNCs, strong exposure to group reporting, and proven abilities in managing end-to-end accounts and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & MIS :

• Oversee timely preparation and review of weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts; provide commentary and business insights.
• Lead monthly closing activities and ensure accurate group reporting.
