As a US Bench Sales Recruiter, you will engage with top bench talent across the USA, drive new client / vendor partnerships, and support staffing needs for roles such as Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Validation Engineer, and Regulatory Engineer . This role demands strong relationship-building, industry awareness, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive bench sales for Medical Device, Pharma, and Engineering consultants.
• Identify, qualify, and engage top talent across the US market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Acquire new business opportunities to expand company partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Assist in resume preparation and submissions to clients.
