Role :

The Founder Principal will be the Head of School and shall be responsible for establishing the vision, culture, and day-to-day operations from the ground up. Unlike an established principal, this role has an entrepreneurial focus, creating all academic and administrative structures from inception.

Locations : This is an on site role for our Campus in Vizag - Visakhapatnam.

Job Description :

The Founder Principal shall serve as the educational and operational leader and will be responsible for building the new school in alignment with the Kiya World School's mission and values. This role requires a dynamic educator and leader who can manage all phases of development, from initial strategy and planning to recruitment, program development, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic leadership and vision

• Establish vision and mission : Champion Kiya World School's educational vision, mission, and core values. Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to meet school objectives and growth targets.
• Build school culture : Create a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving school culture that aligns with the Kiya World School's values. Foster an environment that supports the academic and personal growth of all students.
• Guide policy development : Develop and implement all school policies and procedures related to academics, discipline, and administration.

Operational and financial management

Staff recruitment and management

Community and stakeholder relations

Required skills and qualifications

Prior experience in CBSE / Cambridge K-12 school academic leadership is mandatory requirement.
