Job Description :
Preparing & Forwarding Reinsurance slips.
Liaising with clients.
Lead Generation activities such as cold calling to prospects.
Appointments with key decision-makers from an organization - Senior Management - CFOs, CEOs and Managers of Indian / MNC Corporations.
Pipeline management - Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and Web research.
Support Senior Management team in traction management of large deals.
Assist sales team in managing client to obtain proposals, RFP and RFI responses, as needed.
Assist in development of business development related marketing collateral or company introduction mails, in line with Company directives and branding.
Represent the Company and conduct rapport building exercise with individual customers by telephone or in-person to solicit and close business, as needed.
Skills required :
Excellent understanding of Insurance and Reinsurance concepts.
Excellent understanding of reinsurance contracts and contract wordings.
Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound Microsoft office skills including MS-Excel, Word and Power point.
Excellent time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
Able to speak and write in French (Preferred)
