Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging, responsive websites and landing pages across desktop and mobile
  • Translate wireframes, user flows, and concepts into high-fidelity mockups and design systems
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
  • Create and maintain brand-consistent UI elements, style guides, and component libraries
  • Improve website usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
  • Participate in UX research and apply insights to optimize design decisions
  • Ensure designs meet SEO and performance best practices
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and web standards
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, maintaining high attention to detail
  • Conduct QA and design reviews during staging and post-launch phases

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in website or UI / UX design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design work (desktop and mobile)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , or Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Understanding of responsive design , accessibility standards , and user-centered design
  • Familiarity with basic HTML / CSS to communicate with developers
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
  • Excellent visual design skills — layout, typography, color theory
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects
