NET qualified Experience with online teaching platforms and digital pedagogy is desirable. Demonstrated research activity with publications and conference participation. Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills. Subject matter expertise and ability to teach effectively in an online environment. Proficiency with learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and digital content creation. Strong student-centric approach with a commitment to academic excellence. Ability to balance teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Position Overview
The Online Assistant Professor is responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, creating engaging online content, mentoring students, contributing to research, and supporting institutional initiatives. This role combines teaching, content development, administration, and outreach to ensure excellence in online education.
