The Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust software solutions that leverage AI / ML models to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable systems and can effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Implement, integrate, and optimize AI / ML models into production applications.

Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and management.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong portfolio or GitHub profile.

Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts (e.g., supervised / unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP) and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Experience with software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree in a related field.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience in building and deploying ML pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow).

Knowledge of data engineering tools and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
