Contract Engineer

Experience & Domain Knowledge

Minimum 20 years of experience in Contracts Claims Arbitration and Commercial Management

within EPC / Design-Build projects.

Proven track record in managing national and international projects with consultants and clients.

Expertise in PPP EPC and DBO contract structures including drafting interpretation and

implementation of clauses.

Skilled in preparing evaluating and defending time and cost claims; well-versed in arbitration

proceedings and dispute resolution frameworks.

Deep understanding of project cash flows change management risk registers and contractual

notices.

Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage multi-package procurement and subcontract

administration.
