About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth, optimizing on-page and off-page SEO, and implementing data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of SEO tools, and a passion for improving search visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content opportunities.
- Optimize website on-page elements (meta tags, headings, URLs, content, and internal linking).
- Plan and execute off-page SEO activities, including link-building and outreach.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues (site speed, crawl errors, mobile optimization, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with brand objectives.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3–4 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution.Strong understanding of Google algorithms, keyword strategy, and analytics tools.Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms and Google Tag Manager.Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and voice search optimization is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
