We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our voice support team in Malad, Mumbai. This role involves assisting customers with providing high-quality service in a professional environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
• Graduates (Any stream) – Freshers are welcome!
• Undergraduates – Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process required.
• Availability:
• Immediate Joiners required.
• Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment).
• 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs.

• Work Location: Malad, Mumbai.

Required Skills
