Job Title : Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development

Position Overview :
We are seeking driven and result-oriented professionals for the role of Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development. The role involves expanding B2B and retail business by connecting with medical retailers and chemist stores, promoting products and services, generating orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit retailers, chemist stores, and other medical outlets in Adra and nearby areas as per the planned daily schedule.
- Meet medical retailers to promote the B2B business model, emphasizing transparent pricing, assured delivery, and product quality.
- Generate and process sales orders to meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Work closely with the team leader to address buyer concerns and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and maintain daily visit reports, order records, and market feedback.
Qualifications and Experience :
Experience : 2–6 years in B2B, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sales / field operations.Education : Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree (HS-qualified candidates with relevant experience may also apply).Skills :Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.Other Requirements :
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical domain.
