The Role :
- Zeta is looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in project management skills and methodology. Expertise in Jira, Jira Automations, and Jira integrations. This is a customer facing role and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects effectively, great at stakeholder management, collaboration with different teams & BUs, Publish monthly reports / dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines.Design, implement, and optimize Jira workflows and automations to improve project efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project delivery by better planning and risk management.Develop and maintainProject plan, dashboards, reports, and automation rules to enhance project tracking and reporting.Manage & collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.Manage planned & ad hoc requirements from stakeholders, prioritise deliverables and expertise in change management.Share weekly / monthly communications on Project / program status through dashboards.Ensure adherence to project management fundamentals (scope, risk, schedule, and quality management).Skills :
Strong expertise in Jira administration, Jira workflows & reports. Preferred to have proficiency in Jira scripting automation rules and workflow optimization.Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Experience in managing software delivery projects inAgile, Scrum, or Kanban-based projects / methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to analyse complex problems and implement Jira-based solutions.Familiarity with DevOps function - CI / CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and ITSM frameworks.Prior experience working in a technology-driven or SaaS-based environment.Familiarity with Cloud based software project delivery.Familiarity with SRE KPI monitoring for program success. Make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.Experience and Qualifications :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in PM role.Preferred : PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or any relevant project management certification.Experience in managing project operations and BAU activities as part of DevOps / SRE function.Skills Required
