Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive the end-to-end migration of data from Oracle to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills and proven experience leading large-scale data migration initiatives in enterprise environments. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring involvement in data analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration into Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define, design, and implement a comprehensive Oracle-to-Salesforce data migration strategy.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Oracle databases with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and performance.
• Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and de-duplication to ensure data quality.
• Leverage ETL tools, automation, and custom scripting to streamline migration processes.
• Validate, reconcile, and conduct thorough testing of migrated data to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and developers to capture and meet data requirements.
• Mentor and guide team members on migration best practices and standards.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, mappings, and procedures.
• Deliver post-migration support, ensuring smooth transition and resolution of data-related issues.
