• Team Leadership & Development → Attract, inspire, and mentor brand ambassadors. Collaborate with L&D to ensure the team is trained and performs at peak levels.
• Customer-Centricity → Build strong, authentic relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and elevating the Nicobar experience.
• Local Market & Revenue Growth → Leverage store and neighbourhood relationships to drive footfalls, sales, and innovative initiatives like pop-ups or collaborations.
