IMS cum Production Engineer

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

The mission is to coordinate the overall operations of the plants to ensure timely production of gas products to clients (external and internal), to deliver its in compliance with safety, reliability and quality standards while achieving budget targets and deadlines.

To lead IMS Implementation at ALISG.

• Production & Maintenance Management

_Ensure that plant operations & activities are as per the SOP to achieve safe; efficient and reliable operations.

_Manages the production and maintains Stock and Filling-Handling .

_Prepare, analyze and issue periodic production and performance reports.

_Participates to benchmark with other plants of similar operations methodology.

_Ensures safe handling, storage and filling of cylinders .

_Other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

_Review IMS requirements for ALISG.

_Do Gap analysis as per IMS requirments and preapre action plan.

_Prapre documents as per IMS requirmetnsd and make sure everyone follows it.

_Implement IMS at ALISG with support of HO IMS engineer.

_Lead IMS steerco meet.

_Ensure documentation and Sop's are followed ( EIS management , MOC, SWP ..).

Are you a MATCH

Education : Science or Engineering Graduate

Work experience : minimum 2 years in the Process industry with IMS background.

Technical expertise :

Basic knowledge of gas mixing principles

Key fields Knowledge of different codes of ISO.

Knowledge and Knowhow specific to the job Management and behavior skills

Process knowledge

IMS and Meaning of IMS in Industry

Team management

Convincing and explanation skills for IMS needs.
