📢 Hiring : Head of Planning – Leading Retail Brand | Mumbai

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Planning to join a top leading retail brand. The ideal candidate must bring deep retail planning expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead end-to-end planning functions to drive growth and profitability.

Location : Mumbai

CTC : Up to 40 LPA + ESOPs

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead merchandise, inventory, and financial planning for the business
• Drive demand forecasting and assortment strategy
• Partner with leadership to optimize inventory and maximize sales
• Guide and mentor the planning team to achieve business targets

Experience : Strong retail planning leadership experience is mandatory.
