Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Senior Associate – Digital Learning to support the development and execution of online and blended learning programmes. This role involves creating instructional storyboards, drafting Course Content Drafts, reviewing video content, generating reports, and supporting documentation using MS Office tools.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of content structure, visual communication, and eLearning documentation, and be able to collaborate effectively with academic and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Storyboard Creation : Develop clear, structured, and engaging storyboards for asynchronous and synchronous online modules based on content outlines and faculty inputs.
- Course Content Documentation (CCD) : Translate academic content into structured CCDs with learning objectives, teaching aids, activities, and assessments.
- Video Review & Quality Check : Review pre-recorded videos for content accuracy, language clarity, and branding alignment. Provide feedback to vendors or internal teams.
- Reporting & Documentation : Generate and maintain tracking sheets, content calendars, quality checklists, learner progress reports, and review summaries using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Tool Proficiency : Work confidently with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and support visual asset integration in presentations and documents.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with internal stakeholders including content experts, faculty, video teams, and platform support for smooth content development cycles.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Communications, English, Instructional Design, or related fields preferred).3+ years of experience in digital learning, instructional design support, or academic content development.Strong command over written English and formatting for learning.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with tight timelines.Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.Preferred Attributes
