Job Summary
- Work as a Senior Manager, development under Finance (Tax & Transfer pricing) Technology. Individual will be responsible for end-to-end Development, Testing and Implementation of Data solutions using Java, Javascript, Springboot, Spark, Hadoop / Hive and Oracle as the core programming languages and frameworks to develop data products, API's and integrate with other applications within the Bank and leveraging Devops for Continuous Integration and Continuous Development
Strategy
As part of the cost simplification FFG case - a streamlined target technology platform and operating model for the Intra Group allocation of recharges (IGAR) is required to be delivered.IGAR process aims at providing more data granularity, transparency, automation and drive an efficient cost allocation process to various business entities within the Bank.The process also requires adequate documentation to support and substantiate tax deductibility for various costs.Key use cases are allocation of the Technology production support (TPS costs) , Direct billing, etc., The target state solution envisages allocation rules built in Finance SAP estate - SAP PaPM, integrated with the user experience components in Service BenchBusiness
Responsible for End to Development with tasks not limited to but covering areas such as Analysis, Design, Development, Data management, Devops Integration using Pipeline build and maintenance, Level 3 support, Issue analysis debugging, Performance tuning, Configuration management, Automation, Monitoring etc.Processes

Overall, 10 to 12 years total experience in IT preferably Banking or Financial Services Domain7+ years' experience in Java, Springboot, Javascript , SQL and exposure to SAP, PAPM and system integration.Good knowledge and exposure to Devops with exposure to Jenkins, Maven, Artefactory, Gradle, Ansible, Shell scripting.Good knowledge and functional understanding of Tax and Transfer pricing concepts.Experience in React JS & Cloud will be an added advantage.Experience in delivering projects, programs against tight scheduleExperience with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and toolsets (ADO, Git, Confluence)Document detailed Unit test results, application functionality, design etc in Confluence and JIRA's with supporting evidence & test casesCoordinate and support SIT / UAT / SIT and PTProvide updates to the project / program manager with regards to progress and issues, where appropriateWork in coordination with Production support / SRE teams to maintain stability of production applications via controlled, automated deployments with minimal outages and impactSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
