Required Skills :

4+ years in ServiceNow development.

1–2 years / projects in IRM / GRC (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit).

Strong understanding of risk lifecycle, scoring models, and controls.

Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.

Experience configuring and customizing IRM modules.

Hands-on with GRC Workspaces and UI Builder.

Knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs, data imports, dashboards, and reporting.

Follows upgrade-safe and modular development best practices.

Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills in Agile environments.
