Roles and Reposibilities : -
- Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of E - Two-Wheeler.
- Maintaining relationship with Manufacturing team and work closely with them
- Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of ETWL Segment at business in his Territory.
- Ensure presence in all potential dealerships / outlets in the Territory assigned to him for ETWL.
- Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
- Maintaining relationships with key channel partners / Dealers.
- Monitoring the schemes, Team performance, training and managing Sales Managers(ETWL). Gate keeper of processes at the ground . Ensuring quality of sales and collection
- Resolving Customer escalations and grievances
- Cluster level achievements of budgeted numbers, in line with company budgets.
- Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.
- Abide by laid down companies' policies and processes
Candidate Profile Required : -
Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.Prior experience in channel management for similar productSkills Required
