We are seeking a highly analytical, objective, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to act as the internal quality control and compliance specialist for our logistics sales team. The primary goal of this role is to proactively identify performance anomalies, compliance risks, and "red flags" in the sales process, allowing the Sales Manager to focus solely on actionable coaching and strategic intervention.
This is a critical position requiring deep data analysis skills, investigative curiosity, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while ensuring sales integrity.

Responsibilities :
1. Sales Activity Monitoring and Auditing
- Behavioral & Data Auditing : Conduct periodic, daily, and weekly audits of the entire sales team's working patterns, data entries, and behavioral metrics across all sales tools and platforms.
- Red Flag Identification : Act as the "spy" for the Sales Manager by meticulously reviewing activities to uncover potential "red flags," such as :
o Inconsistent data logging or data omission.
o Unusual discounting or non-standard pricing practices.
o Failure to adhere to defined client onboarding procedures and compliance protocols.
o Irregular patterns in client follow-up activities.
o Time-on-task discrepancies or low overall activity levels.
Follow-up Compliance : Specifically track and verify that Sales Representatives are adhering to required follow-up schedules and protocols for client onboarding and relationship management.2. Data Analysis and Systems Exploration
Dive Analysis : Utilize strong data analysis skills to explore and correlate various data points to understand the "why" behind performance fluctuations and red flags.Tool Expertise : Act as an expert explorer of our working tools (CRM, Telephony Systems, etc.) to ensure all available data is being leveraged for audit purposes.Process Mapping : Develop a thorough understanding of the entire sales lifecycle, from initial client approach to final onboarding, in the logistics industry context.3. Reporting and Communication (The Whistleblower Function)
Comprehensive Report Generation : Prepare concise, clear, and comprehensive audit reports based on individual and team findings.Actionable Submissions : Submit these reports directly to the Sales Manager, clearly highlighting actionable items only , saving the manager time on detailed investigation.Maintaining Records : Establish and maintain an organised system for all audit reports, findings, and follow-up actions to track continuous improvement.Objective Reporting : Maintain an objective and professional "whistleblower" stance, ensuring all findings are fact-based and reported without bias, upholding the integrity of the audit function.Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales support, sales operations, quality assurance, or auditing role, preferably within the logistics or high-volume B2B industry.Data Analysis : Strong ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets and translate them into simple, actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory.Technical Curiosity : Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and explore all areas of complex CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and sales enablement tools.Auditing & Whistleblowing Acumen : Must possess high ethical standards and the courage to report non-compliance objectively and professionally (the "good whistle blower" trait).Reporting Excellence : Exceptional report creating and report maintaining skills , with a focus on clarity, brevity, and actionable content.Communication : Excellent written communication skills for professional report drafting.Perks & Benefits :
