We are looking for a dynamic and efficient IT recruiter. The resource should have good communication skills, hands on experience working on different job portals.
Requirements :
- Well versed with sourcing and talent acquisition. Daily calls, email campaigns, follow ups are a must
- Thorough knowledge of end to end recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for U.S. Citizens & GC on W2 basis
- Active Search : Resume search of active candidates from job boards such as Monster, LinkedIn, Google, Dice, etc.
- Responsible for screening and short listing resumes, adding short-listed candidates into client databases , etc.
- Search and short-list candidates from job boards, search engines using different search techniques such as Boolean strings.
- Work closely and assist senior team members.
- Understanding of recruiting resource, processes and procedures.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with account managers for feedback
- Handling full life cycle recruitment starting from sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, providing offer till on-boarding of candidates.
- Maintained proper tracker of candidates as per the job requirements and pipelining candidates for suitable roles.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
