Role Description

This is an on-site full-time Co-Founder role based in Pune. As a Co-Founder at SecComply, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's strategic direction, collaborating closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities and establish partnerships. Your key responsibilities include driving business development initiatives, overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity consultancy services, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also contribute to the development of innovative strategies to transform compliance requirements into competitive advantages and represent the company in networking and thought leadership events.

• Strong analytical skills to assess business performance, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences and lead collaborative decision-making.
• Proven expertise in sales and marketing, with a track record of building partnerships, leading client acquisition efforts, and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to stay ahead in the dynamic field of cybersecurity and compliance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of leadership and business acumen.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and best practices is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related fields; advanced qualifications or significant industry experience preferred.
