We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) Consultant with 69 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), Fusion Security, SoD (Segregation of Duties), and access management controls. This role requires both technical and functional expertise to design, implement, and manage robust risk and compliance frameworks in Oracle Cloud. The consultant will be responsible for driving security design, risk mitigation, controls automation, and compliance initiatives in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Risk Management Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment.
Configure and manage automated controls, user access certification, and risk monitoring frameworks.Support ongoing operations, enhancements, and upgrades in Oracle RMC.Design and implement Oracle Fusion Security models aligned with business requirements.Manage cross-application access management and ensure compliance with SoD rules.Define and monitor user roles, privileges, and responsibilities to mitigate risks.Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, technical, and operational risks in Oracle Cloud applications.Implement risk and control frameworks in line with compliance regulations (e.g., SOX).Monitor risk indicators and drive risk mitigation strategies across functional and technical areas.Partner with Finance, IT Security, and Audit teams to ensure alignment of risk controls.Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on risk and compliance best practices.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for risk frameworks, security configurations, and compliance processes.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing with business stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience :
