1Technical / Orientation / Refresher Trainingto Employees , Partners and New Joinees.BothClass room and OJT.
2Resove liftcritical issues and support to clear the shut downs
3Prepare and Circulate OPI / TIPS / CI based on issues.
4Support to arrange alternative spares & non-Supriya spares.
5Analyse the callback, Service done and other parameters and conduct Service performance review meeting with PPT presentation.
6Conduct lift survey for Non-Supriya Equipment's and give clearance for acquisition.
7Attend customer meeting along with branch people for technical support.
8Monitor the call back, SD & LSD on daily basis
9Preparation of Electrical drawing as and when required.
10Other routines as required by Management time to time.
