Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Vadodara. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing HR management activities, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and ensuring effective communication between staff and management. The HR Executive will also support the overall HR function and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
