Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance , while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary / benefits, and finalize offer letters.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.Track and report on employee performance, attendance, and other key HR metrics.Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a healthy workplace culture through open communication and employee support.Organize employee engagement activities, including Fun Fridays, team-building events, and innovative games / activities .Address workplace issues and grievances promptly and professionally.HR Policies & Reporting
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies in line with company standards.Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment data, track progress, and generate reports.Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize hiring strategies.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field .Proven experience in an HR role (preferred).Strong knowledge of HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations .Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with ATS systems and HR reporting tools.Ability to maintain balance between performance-driven culture and employee engagement.Why Join Us
