We’re on the lookout for a Client Engagement Executive who loves solving problems, digging into data, and building strong client relationships. If you’re detail-driven, analytical, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in!
In this role, you’ll own the full client journey from onboarding and training to adoption, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with teams across operations, tech, and product to make sure every client gets maximum value and results.
What we are looking for :
- 2–4 years of experience in Client Engagement, Account Management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to turn complex data into simple stories
- A problem-solver who’s curious, proactive, and ready to make an impact
